The amount to be returned will be refunded within a maximum period of four weeks after receiving in writing, the cancellation of the registration.

6. POSTPONEMENTS OF COURSES CONTRACTED BY THE CUSTOMER

In the event that the Client decides to postpone his course, he must notify Miguel Ángel Jiménez Golf Academy in writing before the start of the course. The expenses to be paid by the Client for postponement will be:

The postponement notified by the Client less than 72 hours before the date of its beginning, will not give right to refund of any amount. The syllabuses or half-day programs and the extensive courses must be provided within a maximum period of 6 months from the date of the 1st session. Outside of this period, the sessions are considered lost and do not give the right to reimbursement.

7. LACK OF ASSISTANCE

8. CANCELLATIONS BY MIGUEL ÁNGEL JIMÉNEZ GOLF ACADEMY

9. CLAIMS AND LIABILITY
