These General Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 7/1998, on General Contracting Conditions, Law 26/84 on the Protection of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data. , Law 7/96 on Retail Trade, Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce and other applicable legal provisions on the subject.

1.- Terms of Service:

2.- Contracting procedure:

2.1 Recruitment: The parties expressly declare that the acceptance of the Miguelangeljimenezgolfacademy.es offer selected by the User / Client, will occur with the completion of all the steps of the contracting procedure detailed on the website, which implies the full and express acceptance of these conditions.

With the acceptance of the contract, the client expressly accepts both the general rules of the game required by the Royal Spanish Golf Federation, and the particular rules determined by the golf course where the client acquires the green fee.
The conditions and rates of the services offered are those that appear on the web at the time of contracting them. Miguelangeljimenezgolfacademy.es may freely modify the rates without prior notice through its publication on the web. These rates will include the VAT or the tax that, in its case, replaces it, to the type of tax that establishes in each case the current legislation.

2.2. Golf services: The user / client must respect the rules of operation and organization set by the golf course. The acceptance of the offer by the user implies the express acceptance on his part of said rules.
When contracting golf services, special consideration should be given to the federative regulations governing this sport, especially the following issues:

Federative Golf License: for the practice of golf in the course it is necessary to obtain the mandatory federative license granted by the Royal Spanish Golf Federation (Telephones: 91 555 26 82 and 91 376 91 30, Fax: 91 556 32 90 e -mail: info@miguelangeljimenezgolfacademy.es), which includes liability insurance in case of accidents during the practice of this sport. The reservation of green fees to go out and play in the course implies the express declaration by the user of knowing the federal regulations and of having the required license.

Handicap: some golf courses may require a minimum handicap to the player, which must be accredited at the time of making the reservation as well as in the course itself.

Green fees: the prices of green fees of the tournament published on the web may suffer variations in case of change of the rates in force on the date of issue of the same by the Golf Course. The cancellation of the green fee contracted by the user less than 48 hours in advance will involve a cost of 100% of its cost, except return by the Golf Course; In case of not showing up in the field at the set time and day, the user will not be entitled to a refund of any amount. If the agreed services can not be provided due to force majeure (adverse weather conditions, closure of the camp, repairs, …) the full amount of the service will be refunded after proof of such circumstances.

4.- Privacy and protection of personal data:

Through the delivery of the personal data requested in the hiring process, including the e-mail address, the Users / Clients give their permission for said addresses to be treated and also used to send commercial communications of promotion or advertising of the services and products offered by Miguelangeljimenezgolfacademy.es.
